THE LOVE YOUR GARDEN STUDIO IN NOTTINGHAM
This gorgeous 3m x 2.4m Quad Pod Studio was installed by the Sanctum team after deciding that this was the garden room that best fitted the family’s requirements.
The brief was to build a studio in a specific garden space with lots of light which could be used to play drums in. A large picture window was added to the front to take in the view of the gorgeous garden with it’s mythical trees. A glazed door was positioned at the side for entry. The other side was clad horizontally in beautiful Western Red Cedar, as was the front.
Sanctum Garden Studios are all fully insulated in the walls, floor and roof panels meaning the family will be able to enjoy using their garden room comfortably all year round. This studio has a totally maintenance free EPDM roof with a shingle finish which has a lifespan of over 60 years in the UK climate. The interior was finished with white walls and a light grey laminate floor and skirting boards along with 4 electric socket points and directional lighting.
